Resort Fee
There is a daily resort fee of $10 per room. This
charge covers resort parking, on property transportation,
resort activities and games, Spa access and fitness
classes and wireless internet access in the lobby
of the mansion. This daily resort fee is in addition
to the room charges and local and state taxes.
Tax Information
There is a 9.7% local and state tax applicable
to all room and resort charges.
Deposit Policy
On the day reservations are booked, an advance
deposit of one night's room or package rate will
be required. This payment will include tax and
the resort fee. Deposit is refundable when cancelled
within policy guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to seven days prior to the arrival
date will be processed. During the months of July,
August and September, cancellations up to fourteen
days prior to arrival will be processed. Cancellations
not within these designated time periods will
result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Credit Card Policy
Rosario Resort & Spa accepts the following
credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and Diners Club.
Check-in and Checkout Times
Guests can check in after 4 p.m. and check out
before 11 a.m.
Children Policy
Children 17 years and under stay free with adults
when using existing bedding.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in any of Rosario's rooms
or on the decks. Smoking is allowed on the grounds
and outside the lounge and dining room.
