Over one hundred years ago Seattle Shipbuilder Robert Moran built Rosario with Arts and Crafts ideals in mind - time spent with family, a respect for nature and a return to hand craftsmanship lost in the industrial revolution. One hundred years later, Rosario Resort & Spa on Orcas Island offers comfortable and relaxing guest accommodations with beautiful views of Washington State’s San Juan Islands.

Guest rooms are located in three areas of the 40 acre waterfront property – the Bayside Rooms, the historic Roundhouse Suite and Cliffhouse Honeymoon Suite are located near the historic Moran Mansion at the water's edge on Cascade Bay. The Harborside Rooms are also located directly on Cascade Bay and offer spectacular views across the water toward the Moran Mansion and Rosario Marina. The Hillside rooms are perched dramatically high on a hillside, each with a spectacular view of Cascade Bay and distant islands. The Residences, four beautifully appointed two bedroom suites, are located on the hillside as well.

TRAVEL ALERT: Due to the closure of I-5 in Mount Vernon, we recommend these alternative routes to the Anacortes Ferry Landing which are well before the I-5 detours and are beautiful drives through Skagit Valley.

The Mansion Restaurant is open from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. daily for breakfast and from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. daily for dinner (open until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday). Cocktails and a delicious bar menu are served by the fire in the Moran Lounge daily from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday from 3 p.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. We offer Happy Hour Specials in the lounge from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Fridays
