The Mansion Restaurant
Overlooking Cascade Bay, The Mansion Restaurant is located on the original veranda of the Moran Mansion (now enclosed) and offers casual dining in a beautiful waterfront location. The Mansion Restaurant hours are:
Breakfast: Thursday-Monday 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Lunch/Lounge Menu: Thursday-Sunday Noon - 9 p.m.
Dinner : Wednesday-Sunday 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Happy Hour Specials: Sunday Noon - 9 p.m.
The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Enjoy our traditional Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner on November 27, served from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. $45 adults, $19.00 children 6-12, free for 5 and under. Reservations required.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we will offer a special Three Course Holiday Dinner from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. $55 adults, $19 children. Reservations required.
New Year's Eve at Rosario includes our very special Seafood Buffet Dinner (non-seafood eaters will enjoy the feast as well!) in the historic Moran Mansion ($65 adults), followed by dancing and late night snacks with a New Year Champagne Toast at the Beachhouse ($25 adults - over 21 only). Ring in 2015 by dancing to music from the past with the seven-piece dance band "Soul Getaway," a tribute to Disco, R&B and Soul.

The Moran Lounge
Located in the original living room of the Moran Mansion, the Moran Lounge offers fireside cocktails in an historic setting. Cocktails and a delicious bar menu are served Wednesday from 5- 9 p.m. and Thursday through Sunday from Noon - 9 p.m.

Executive Chef Dan Koommoo
Executive Chef Dan Koommoo comes to Rosario with a diverse hospitality background. He was most recently the Executive Chef at Novelty Hill and Januik Wineries in Woodinville, Washington, where he has specialized in wine pairing dinners, cooking classes, and wedding/special event cuisine. He was previously the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef at the Bellevue Marriott, the manager and chef of the Attic Cafe at Salish Lodge and Spa, and the Bar Manager at Earth & Ocean restaurant in the W Hotel Seattle.
Dan also brings to Rosario great spa cuisine experience, having worked at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ, where he was the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager of their "Revive" spa restaurant. He sharpened his skills at various Marriott hotels in New York City, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Ottawa.
He attended Le Cordon Bleu School in Ottawa, Canada after graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, where he majored in Industrial Design, designing 15 commercial kitchens for his senior project.
