Mansion Dining Room
The Mansion Dining Room features large windows and terraced seating, offering guests spectacular waterfront views while enjoying authentic local flavors. Executive Chef Steve Lutz, Executive Sous Chef Brendan Moore and their culinary staff have created a menu inspired by our Northwest island location, featuring fresh seafood and quality meats. Attire in the Mansion Dining Room is "marina casual" and prices range from $12.50 to $42 per person. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. and dinner is served nightly from 5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Enjoy Rosario’s popular Seafood Buffet Dinner every Friday night. Moran Lounge
Enjoy fireside cocktails, appetizers and casual meals in the relaxed atmosphere of the historic Moran Lounge. The lounge is open Sunday – Thursday from Noon – 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from Noon – Midnight. Live entertainment is provided Wednesday - Sunday beginning at 8 p.m. in July and August and Saturdays year-round (no reservations required).

Mansion Pool Bar & Grill
This sunny, outdoor patio bar and grill offers a full specialty cocktail menu, beer, wine, and an all day lunch menu by the pool. The Pool Deck Bar & Grill is open seasonally, daily from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Hours are subject to weather.

Cascade Bay Grill
Grilled sandwiches and pizza are our specialties in this indoor/outdoor cafe next to the resort marina. The Cascade Bay Grill opens May 15th for the season, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
